A fellow by the name of Chris (CW) Martin is the scribe of a blog entitled Tilting at Windmills, Thoughts On Every Subject, PC Be Hanged. Indeed, Chris Martin does write on a variety of topics and he pulls no punches while he consistently bashes Democrats in general and political liberals specifically; and, he frequently uses negative adjectives in addressing those who he considers the opposition. Mr. Martin also preaches in a regular series in his blog that concerns bible study. Jesus, the gospel, etc.
Mr. Martin used to be a regular commentator on my blog Roland Hansen Commentary here, as well as on my other blog of Roland's Ramblings, my Google+ page, and on my Twitter account. Then, in mid December of 2017, he decided that he could no longer tolerate me; and, he consequently blocked me on Google, Twitter, and every conceivable place on the internet.
Chris Martin made a brief commentary about me (without mentioning me by name) and other "liberals" on Wednesday, December, 2017 in the opening statements of his blog entry entitled Ye olde stat page 2017.

Wow, I didn't realize what a messed up battle this year was on my blog- but as the song says, "There's reason to believe that this coming year will be better than the last."
Far too many posts were spent fighting koolaid-sipping liberals, not because of my great love and devotion for Trump (which doesn't exist except in their tiny imaginations), but because they cannot accept reality or history. I believe I fought my last battle with my last remaining koolaid-sipping friend a few weeks back, when I found that explaining for the umpteenth time that equating ANYBODY in current US politics with Hitler or Stalin is showing a total disregard for both reality and history, was "invalidating" that person, while his making the point that he is "well-regarded by intellectuals" (AKA How dare you disagree with me, peon) was not a similar invalidation of myself. Difference being, I can take being called stupid, because it still leaves me with more common sense, but they could not accept that someone could reject their re-write on history. Truth though, is that the whole fight was leading me to want to say something I knew better than- and I said goodbye.
ANYway, that unfortunate year long battle with utter stupidity reflects heavily in my stats- and while I'm not going to quit fighting the good fight, I have my doubts that my opponents will be stopping by anymore. That said, let's look at the stats.
The rest of that blog entry concerns his ranking among blogs worldwide, how many blog entries he made that year, how many views his blog has had, the number of comments that were made in response to his blog entries, etc., etc., etc.

Wow, my thanks for my concerned comments on your last post. I think it's a shame you can't ever let go of hate and hurt. Maybe I did make some mistakes with you. No, scratch that, I did, just like you did with me. Getting out of an increasingly toxic relationship with you was apparently not one of them. For what it's worth, if Roland is intellectually honest enough to print this response, as he didn't my expression of genuine concern on his last post, let me say just this one thing: Hate will destroy you. Hurt will destroy you. Christ taught us to forgive for a reason. Roland, I still pray for you every day, which I know means nothing to you. I pray that you be healed- not of your political leanings, because that don't mean a hill of beans in the end. I pray that you will one day see that chewing over old grudges and nursing on hatred for those who disagree with you makes you the unhappy man who posted your previous post. And it was that unhappiness that led to my comment then- not to rub it in, but because I care and hope someday you will allow yourself to love freely. So one day you won't be looking back with bitterness anymore. But, your choice I guess. May God follow your travels, and I do ask your forgiveness. Not of my politics, but for when I should have been less angry and more understanding.
Oh, and thanks for directing your friends to come visit. I usually have a Sunday Message (the things that God has taught me that week) and a Wednesday Bible study ( to find ways to dig into the Word of God. You are all cordially invited, and I pray you'll read with an open mind.

I wasn't going to reply at first, but I think I am called to now. Honestly, I agree with what Jefferson said. In the months since our falling out, I have never said that I didn't share some fault. But I am realizing that we, thanks to the internet age, have reached a new Tower of Babel point. On the threshold of having everything, I believe God has chosen to divide us once again. Not because were were reaching high, but because we were, like Nimrod, reaching high without- or against- Him. Thus everybody hates, everybody is angry.
And that's why I need to stay away. I grazed past your latest post, and without further comment on it, I see you are still wrapped up in that. If I commented to disagree, you would only call my points "straw man arguments". So there is no point. What hurt me was, I really liked you and hated to see that kind of anger and hate coming from you- whether it was right or not. I am doing my best these days to scroll past the hate, trying to comment only when it might be constructive, or I need to vent a bit. If we connected again, I would be scrolling past everything, it seems.
Just before I came here to comment, a lady sent me a letter saying the following verses talked to her, and she was praying for me:

15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful."
I don't see that as a coincidence. Roland, I forgave you long ago. I even can forget the past. But, the future I have to stay away from Babel lest it turn me into just another hater. Be well.

That is because to talk to you is to be bullied by you. Perhaps if you could start being a grown man who can respond to my comments here to you in a way that indicates you actually read something, it might be different. But all you want from me is someone to vent your hate at. You have Trump and your family, you don't need me. BTW, the only way you saw that I addressed you on twitter as you call it, is because I just wanted to prove you were stalking me. And it worked, you walked like a big fat mouse right into the mousetrap, and showed your true colors within minutes. And I knew because I was subscribed to this post, in hopes that you might hear me out and act like something approximating a human being. But, I see you are too into the "bullying for self esteem" thing to be anything approximating civil and decent. Therefore, I am going to unsubscribe to comments and you continue spewing your poison to whatever audience you seek to bully next. I am truly sorry that it came to this, but not my choice.

Private to you, Roland: You realize all this garbage the last few weeks started when I came over to see how you were, read your end of May woe is me post, and tried to give you a word of comfort- and you deleted that comment and started attacking me. Actually persecuting me. Because everything you attack me with you attach me to Christ- and for that, I thank you. I wish you didn't see me- or Christ- as your enemy, but apparently you do. I have asked forgiveness for my part in our falling out, but that isn't in you, it would seem. I grieve for someone I thought was a friend but is so full of hate he can never do anything but attack me. I wouldn't have even seen this if blogger's stupid unsubscrribe had worked. Try being honest for a second. Would you have even KNOWN I unblocked you had you not been "Stalking" me? You don't like what I have to say, unfollow me. That simple. If you don't, that says more about you than it does me. I never stalked you, I looked in now and then because I CARED- I wanted to see if you were okay. For doing that, you have made sure all your friends know I am the devil incarnate, and I am sad that that is the memorial you want to heap over our friendship.
