Too many Dems refuse to vote for any pro-life candidate for that reason alone and vice versa; too many immigrants won't vote for Romney because "he's a racist", too many GOP won't vote for a democrat over LGBT rights. And blacks would vote for satan if he were black. And too many groups that DO have a dog in the hunt vote for the party that least serves them because "my father did".<br /><br />And what is worse, this became an election not about candidates or parties, but about whether we will do critical thinking and research candidates or just get our views from The View and David Letterman. Sadly, we chose the Entertainment Tonight method of choosing a president. And that, by far, is the worst result of last night.<br /><br />I agree we should move on.
